Chapt Two @ EBV is a pop up cafe serving breakfast & lunch with a Middle Eastern twist as well as some traditional Egyptian dishes straight out of my mum’s recipe book! Taste your way through our delicious and handcrafted menu, we invite you to come back for more.
SHAKSHUKA
The Perfect Choice
This Middle Eastern hot pot is a traditional family recipe, a spicy based sauce with baked eggs & topped with bastirma and served with bread, it has already become our customers’ favorite. Breakfast or lunch, it’s the perfect choice!
SMASHED AVO
Served All Day
Many cafe’s have their own take on this recipe, but we’re confident that ours is pretty good, always prepared to perfection. Smashed avocado with Meredith goats cheese, dukkah, chickpea paste & mint yoghurt foam.
BIRCHER MUESLI
Served all day
We’ve put a new spin on an old classic. Simplicity is the word: we use fresh ingredients, our Bircher muesli is served with chia seeds, mixed nuts, seasonal fruits & coconut yoghurt.
FUUL MADDAMIS
Served all day
‘Fuul’ is an Egyptian word for beans, this dish uses favs beans, ‘maddamis’ is the Egyptian word for the method used to cook the beans. This is an old family recipe that my late father taught me. Fuul maddamis a hot dish of fava beans mixed with spices, lemon juice & topped with fresh cucumber & tomato served with bread.
OMELETTE

There’s so many different ingredients you can put in an omelette, ours has a Middle Eastern twist to it, with spinach, bastirma, shanklish cheese served with bread - you’ll enjoy every bite of this dish.
SMOKED CHICKEN BOWL

This is a simple dish using only fresh ingredients. Smoked chicken, green mango and kaleslaw & haloumi cheese.
QUINOA BOWL
The Perfect Choice
This healthy fresh salad bowl is just yum!With roasted pumpkin, baby spinach, eggplant, capsicum topped with mixed nuts & a sweet balsamic dressing, you just can’t go wrong!
FARIK BOWL
Served All Day
Another Middle Eastern twist!‘Farik’ is a cereal food made from green durum wheat, we’ve combined it with chickpeas, pomegranate, haloumi cheese and freshly chopped parsley.
KOSHARI
A taste of Egypt
Koshari is a traditional Egyptian dish, it is considered to be the national dish of Egypt & is served in virtually every restaurant.This dish consists of rice, macaroni & lentils mixed together, topped with a traditional sauce and crispy fried onions.

We serve all day breakfast.Why not make your own where you can select eggs (cooked your way) as well a choice of other delicious ingredients.We also offer a selection of bread with your choice of spreads and a wide selection of pastry’s.
